- Bridge the knowledge levels of associates on an ongoing basis by conducting regular process tests and coming out with the training program.
- To train and develop CCEs as required by operations and in line with quality department.
- Should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery.
- Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at a process level.
- Identify Training Need, handling client escalations.
- Manage process training for new hires and tenured agents.
