Location: Pune We are seeking to Identify Process Specialist - for a Captive Unit for a leading manufacturing multinational company. Looking at an incumbent experience as Process specialist (P2P, R2R, H2R and or O2C), shared service center specialist or as a controller in a business environment and/or functional area - Experience in Six Sigma or Lean - Continuous improvement methodology Location : Pune Role - Be the expert owner of the end-to-end Global Processes - Own Process change Control and Process event tracking to drive Simplification and Standardization of processes - Co-design and Co-own transformational initiatives with Functional transformation being part of functional leadership teams - Continued focus on innovation and standardization to drive down total cost to serve and enhance customer satisfaction through improved quality of processes - Support process standardization (H2R, P2P, O2C, R2R, IM Services) in line with defined quality for the cluster/country across the entire GPO organization (BPO provider and retained functional organization, if applicable) - Drive the implementation of the Process Governance Model in company, enabling the enforcement of process compliance and central management of process changes and deviations - Identify / resolve / escalate issues in processes executed by the business and support as a problem solver for the cluster/country - Be part of driving resolution of action plans to address issues identified - Consolidate, propose and implement process performance improvement actions in conjunction with internal customers and the BPO provider; - Support GBS GPOs, their teams, and Business Process Managers to standardize the processes in business - Support process management in transition gap identification and closure - Monitoring and reporting on process maturity, standardization, control and compliance - Support continual process maturity improvement and standardization initiatives - Review process performance on key process indicator and identifying and supporting necessary changes to improve process performance - Support in evaluation of breakthrough technologies and innovation - Communicate to the broad audience the process maturity data - Providing onsite process training across business regions - Identify and support the implementation step-changes to optimize process delivery with cross-regional implications - Support in ad hoc project and process data or process specialism - Support in development of process data reporting and analytics to provide process Jaina Anakin consultants
