Process Specialist - Financial Processes

Looking for Process Specialists with one of the US based leading product companies.

General Profile :

- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field

- Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions (e.g. manages product portfolios of programs of high revenue or complexity risk, serves as subject matter expert in a unique professional specialty area with impact on business process, etc.)

- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

- May lead job discipline/ cross-functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity; may interact with external stakeholders

- Impacts the achievement of client, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by job discipline/ functional policies

- Acts as advisor to management on advanced and broad ranging projects or issues

Functional Knowledge :

- Has specialized knowledge and expertise in own job discipline and working knowledge of related job disciplines

Business Expertise:

- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

Leadership:

- May lead teams within own job function; oversees programs, processes or projects with increased resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

- Provides trusted advice in area of specialty

Problem Solving:

- Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions

- Assesses business and organization risk to make trade-off recommendations

Additional Information:

Key activities:

- Support the design and implementation of end to end Finance processes (including policies, KPIS, data, governance, SLAs) to ensure efficiency, and effectiveness / quality of processes meet business requirements.

- Lead process walkthroughs for the appropriate functional area to ensure business understanding, and drive adoption of the solution.

- Ensure global processes are standardised and consistent to leading practice.

- Work with service delivery teams to ensure business process design supports the operating model and enables the agreed service delivery to customers (e.g. quality, cost savings) and other business benefits.

- Maintain process integrity and keep business process model and associated documentation up-to-date and in line with the global templates.

- Support the implementation of the E2E process through, analysis of change impact, building business readiness, tracking readiness though implementation and working with the appropriate delivery organisation to ensure implementations are anchored.
