Process & Reporting Expert - Power BI/SQL/VBA - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Purpose of Position:
- It's an incredibly exciting time to join the Regional Material Management team where this position would be the key driver to ensure high level of process and system knowledge within the organizational unit.
- Identifies and evaluates improvement potential and initiates changes request considering the effects on processes and impact on the Supply chain. Also, to play an integral part in our digital transformation journey, you will work on state-of the art reporting and dashboarding solutions.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manages, analyses and helps to improve the key Performance indicators of the organization
- Under the guidance of regional logistics team, develop Material Management dashboards using Power BI
- Under the guidance of regional logistics team, drive Automation, innovation, simplification in the processes
- Coordinate delivery of global and regional dashboards and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Primary contact point for the GPMs/PCCs in S4 & Byd and other involved parties to manage process change, H2 release upgrades and new functionalities
- Training of Key users and Users in process, data & system know how
- Coordinate and planning of regression tests in cooperation with other organizational units
- Willing to enlarge and share Logistics know-how, new technologies and processes
- Recommend on desirability, viability and feasibility of the requested data products to support decision driving reporting / dashboarding requirements
Person Specification:
- Has a technical or business university degree
- Has strong excel skills in Macros, VBA and power BI
- Has relevant supply chain experience
- Has good communication & interpersonal skills
- Has strong analytical skill in data analysis and reporting
- Well organized, self-motivated and a can-do attitude
- For future career progression, incumbent must be willing to travel & open to relocate
