- Preparing, reviewing and analyzing the creditworthiness of all working capital loans originations and renewals by conducting cash flow analysis, DSCR, collateral coverage and all ratios pertinent to a sound lending decision.
- Preparing written summary of the loan terms and conditions along with a written narrative explaining business background, outlining risk factors and justifying assigned risk rating, ensuring conformity with credit policy and procedures and with applicable credit regulations
- Identifying risk and assisting in structuring the loan to mitigate risk
- Preparing risk assessment template for all WC loans and validating the appropriate risk rating
- Evaluating financial statements, historical trends, projections, capital structure, collateral/LTV analysis and validation of CAM.
- Actively participating with Cluster Head/ Regional Head of Business Banking Group Working Capital Division in preparation, presentation of loan proposal before the sanctioning committee.
- Assisting RMs in renewals, exception closures and EWS by analysing MIS in excel.
- Participating periodically in internal and external training courses as required for credit appraisal of the working capital loan proposal.
