Process Manager/Senior Process Manager - Regulatory Reporting - Bank - CA/CPA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in the production & review of the Regulatory Reporting requirements for the US operations and the respective entities

- FR Y-14 or Y-14Q or 14M or 14A- "Capital Assessments and Stress Testing Report" (Annual/Quarterly/Monthly) is a must to have

- FR Y-15 - "Banking Organization Systemic Risk Report"

- Hands on experience around US Fed reports (FFIEC 009, FR Y9C, Call report or similar) required

- Sound knowledge on various products including Loan portfolios, Deposits, PPNR, Retail FVO/HFS

- Experience on Large Financial Institutions (LFI) /CCAR reports using strategic end mile reporting tool like AXIOM, Vermag or similar platforms is preferred.

2. Assess, develop and maintain proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approach for all reporting areas - automated and manual - associated with regulatory reporting function

3. Partner with Financial, business subject matter experts, other analysts and developers to ensure requirements are captured appropriately and solutions implemented adequately to address the business needs

4. Stays current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assess impact and ensure compliance for accurate reporting

5. Participate in projects as required for new initiatives, process improvements or technology implementation and development. Participate in bank examinations and internal and external audits

Key Skills required :

1. CA / CPA /MBA from premier B-School

2. Strong preparatory knowledge of US Regulatory reporting framework including CCAR FR Y 14/15, FFIEC009, FRY9C and Financial Reporting tools / systems is a must have

3. The candidate should not be involved only in the reviewing or supervision of reports or regulations but should have relevant experience in preparing the reports as well

4. Proficient in US GAAP and relevant accounting and financial reporting matters

5. Ability to define and layout controls across processes to help mitigate risk
