Process Manager - Employee Relations - Automobile (7-12 yrs)
Job Title: Process Manager - Employee Relations
Job Purpose: Managing Employee Relations processes to ensure Team member's recruitment and development as per the requirement and to ensure harmonious Industrial Relations at Chittoor plant in order to maintain the required production level.
Key Challenges: Comply 75% of manpower belongs to locals as per the State Act
- Timely recruitment of Team members
- Statutory Compliance
Educational Background: MBA/MSW/PGDBA/Master in PMIR
Budget: 10 LPA-15 LPA (maximum)
Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role: Plant Experience and Workmen Management with 7-10 years
Skills and Capabilities:
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Collaboration, Microsoft Office
- Create the merit-based Entry - Exit plan of all Team Members, Apprentices, FTs, Contract Labor and Temporary manpower in order to facilitate smooth operations considering plant production plan and overhead budget in Chittoor Plant.
- Taking care of the quality of recruitment and promoting gender diversity in plant.
