Process Manager - Digital Transformation - Auto (5-9 yrs)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Re-engineer the processes for the re-imagined omni channel customer journey. It includes both new and existing formats of dealerships

- Work with digital transformation project team and build strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders and ensure their buy in

- Identify, appoint and manage relationship with vendor partners for creating the new process blueprint and rolling it out

- Understand digital and technology and be able to leverage this to eliminate, truncate or create brand new processes

- Plan the roll out of these new processes with the larger project squad and assist with training personnel on new processes, IT application selection, and implementation

- Works cross-functionally to integrate new process and procedure changes. Conducts organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to ensure seamless execution of change management activities across the enterprise

- Responsible for initiating, monitoring and executing complex continuous improvement projects as assigned to increase productivity, maximize profitability, and improve customer satisfaction

- Assists in the identification, selection, scope and execution of projects; utilizing Key Process Indicators and uniform Process and Change methodologies

- Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress. Stays abreast and trains on new technologies and tools that are related to job duties

- Manages multiple projects simultaneously while still delivering to agreed-upon time lines

Experience :

- Demonstrated capability of creating new process design and implementing the same. Ability to manage large, complex multiple stakeholder engagements.

- Worked in agile and unstructured environments and adept at handling complexity and ambiguity.

- Proven to be a change catalyst.

- Problem-solving and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
