Process Manager - Credit Risk - CPA Hub

- The role holder will be responsible for Identification and Evaluation of CPA staff, Infra Management, Process and System Training, Implementation, 

- Daily MIS Tracking and Review of work process at multiple locations, CPA Grading, Hiring, Training, Automation,Process Audit Liaisoning with Vendors for any issues in process and flow of cases.

- Identification and Evaluation of CPA staff

- Documentation and Compliance

- FTNR Ratio

- CPA Grading

- Automation/Digitalization

- Resolution of any queries related to CPA HUB Process from all the related parties

- Conducting audit related to process laid down for CPA HUB on regular basis, for finding Gaps if any.
