Process Lead - Delivery Excellence Team - Shared Services Group (7-12 yrs)
Summary (short description)
The Process Lead role is a part of the Delivery Excellence team under the Shared Services Group. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementation of defined processes within Delivery accounts. Responsible for training teams on the delivery and project management process standards of company. Responsible for setting up measurement frameworks for performance management of account delivery within accounts
Duties and responsibilities -
- Drive implementation of process, methodologies and manage transition and mobilization of projects to standard operations.
- Responsible for the creation and/or maintenance of process documents and SOPs including knowledge transfer documentation, requisite approvals
- Review project delivery status across accounts and report best practices and lessons learnt
- Identification of the processes in the organization which lead to high operational costs and increased turnaround time.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Graduate degree in engineering, MBA or statistical analysis background would be a plus.
- 8-11 years- professional experience and a strong comfort with the IT service/product engineering industry.
- Strong skills and demonstrated experience in successfully driving initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders with ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
Competencies -
- Ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment on multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong communication skills to work with multiple internal clients
- Should have excellent written/verbal communication skills, ability to interact and negotiate with senior managers and account leaders
- Good hands on experience on Quality Standards such as CMMI or ISO 9001
- Internal Auditor certified
- Ability to manage quality and process compliance over a large cross section of projects.
