PI Finance - Staff
Job Description :
- Defining finance vision and finance strategy transformation plan
- Design Finance target operating model design and Business process reengineering
- Develop Finance Structure and roles
- Identify opportunity for digitization
- Cost optimization and business planning
- Agile Finance and Digital enablement on finance Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments
- Should have worked on capacity of consultant in transformation and optimization assignments in Industries like Automotive, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Metals/Mining, Retail and Life Sciences/Pharma will be valuable for the role.
- Participation in tech solutions in Finance function including ERP/SAP along with exposure to analytics and modelling will be a necessary expectation of this role.
- Exposure or experience in Digital solutions in Finance functions will be an added advantage.
- Process compliance/timely reporting of facts & figures.
- Have good fundamental understanding of PI finance domain and functioning.
Candidate Profile :
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication will be critical especially with CXOs level clients
- Have to extensively travel for client engagements and discussion particularly in Middle east
- Team player to support on client engagements
- Project Management experience will be an added skill preferred on large project
- Certification in finance functions will be an added/preferred advantage
- Ability to support on work streams and effectively manage assigned projects, influence stakeholder/participants/contributors, manage expectation and deliver quality is essential
- Right attitude to understand and align organizational goals and priorities and assist in implementation of strategic initiatives
Qualification Required : BE/B-Tech and MBA(high preferred)
Skills Required : Consulting experience in Financial services, Experience in transformation projects, Analytical and modelling skills, ERP/SAP/ Blackline/ MS Dynamics exposure
Other Details :
- Collaborate with other competencies and ensure Organizational goals and priorities are achieved as a team.
- Timing : Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM - 8.30 PM), as preferred
Skills Preferred : Report writing, Customer handling, Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in usage of analytical tools/ representations
Staff : 4 - 6 years.
Senior : 7-9 years.
Manager : 10 + years (Client facing role which involves representing the client for external stakeholders, excellent communication, minimum 2-3 projects as client facing role in financial service consulting)
