Position Title -Process Excellence

Level -- AGM / DGM / GM (based on experience and expertise)

CEO - Contract Logistics

JOB PURPOSE

- looking for an experienced Process Excellence professional who will be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation.

- The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Developing, configuring and optimizing business processes from inception to implementation

- Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data

- Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes

- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve efficiencies and business KPIs

- Perform process simulations

- Manage cost and time constraints

- Provide process documentation and operating instructions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- BE/B Tech (Must) with full time MBA (Must)

- 12-15 years of overall experience with a minimum 3 years in the Warehousing / Contract Logistics / Manufacturing sector.

- Having experience in setting up Process Excellence function or Centre of Excellence

Technical Skills

- Hands on experience on Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen

- Proven work experience in process engineering

- Knowledge of process related standards

- Experience in process simulations

- Data analytics

- Business Skills

- Analytical skills / problem solving ability

- Customer orientation

- Holistic thinking approach

- Positive thinking ability

- Cost consciousness

- Team handling abilities
