Process Excellence Role - Hotel

Looking for Process Excellence with brand hotel based out in Delhi

- Assist the Head in designing a process excellence roadmap for the Center of Excellence (CoE)

- Define standard ways of working for the various functions in the CoE in collaboration with function leads and other business stakeholders

- Take regular input from the functions on the relevance of the standard ways of working to ensure up to date and best-in-class processes

- Identify pain points in the processes by conducting independent process assessments and interactions with the process owners. Design solutions for the pain points identified with the Process Excellence Head.

- Periodically audit the operations of the functions to ensure conformity to the defined standards

- Assist the Head in managing the process taxonomies and maps for the functions in the CoE

- Ensure all changes in the processes are signed off by the relevant stakeholders and the changes are in line with the overall standards established

- Assist the Head in defining and executing the internal controls for the organization

- Conduct risk assessment of all departments/ functions

- Identify risks and internal control deficiencies and report the same to the Head and brainstorm with the Head the possible solutions to the same

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

- Post graduate degree or a diploma in management

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt

- Certified Lean practitioner

- Good years of experience in process excellence and improvement of the Finance and Accounting function

- Background in the hospitality industry

Functional Skills:

- Clear understanding of finance and accounting function

- Knowledge of the company law and tax laws as applicable to the legal entities within the Group

- Understanding of the current technology trends including robotic process automation

- Proficiency in lean six sigma tools and techniques

- Advanced work experience and proficiency with Microsoft office suite including excel, Visio

- Expert knowledge of SAP
