Job Description :

- Envision and innovate design changes to continuously stretch the boundaries of process excellence

- Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the business/operations together with knowledge of the business environment and process excellence concepts, methodologies and tools

- Act as a subject matter expert for the business/operations working with external bodies: product, tech, operations to develop new features, enable systemization

- Design detailed processes across supply chain to enhance the customer experience

Responsibilities :


- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity by reducing inefficiency, wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction

- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal- Coordinate with all decision makers for the successful application of performance excellence / performance improvement projects

- Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified- Liaison with finance and other members of the organisation in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a Performance Excellence project

- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives

Competencies :

- Translating Business Services need into scalable design needs

- Leverage Operations Research and other decision sciences to design a scalable and cost effective solution

- Understands data deeply and leverages around Design choices. Can work in an ambiguous environment where data may not be available. Understands financial implications for the design choices and able to use that for making decisions

- Work collaboratively with a variety of teams and capture their inputs while process design

- 3-4 year work experience and proven track record of stakeholder management and program management

Education/Experience :

- A Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration is preferred- Exposure to Business Process Re-engineering, Lean/6 Sigma, QMS etc

- Must Have Process design, re-engineering related, Supply chain/Operations work experience (at least 4 to 5 years) -

- Process design and re-engineering tools and techniques- Lean and six sigma black belt
