With an objective of attaining process excellence and high quality in customer and partner service, it would like to bring on board a high caliber PE and Quality Manager who can ensure quality through designing, standardization and process improvements. The success of this role will depend upon a high quality customer and partner experience, business process standardization and ensuring a quality culture within the organization. He/She will be required to design metrics for partner selection, conduct regular audits for various processes and identify gaps/compliances towards the same. Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate must have strong, proven experience in In-house quality assurance, leading and implementing process excellence projects, continuous improvement, quality compliance and designing new processes. The candidate needs to be adept with Project management, knowledge of quality standards and frameworks and a six sigma certification is an added advantage. Out of box thinking and a high result orientation are key success factors for the role. Qualifications: - Graduate + MBA from Tier I Institute + Six Sigma Black belt certification - 10-12 years of relevant experience in reputed organization on process excellence, safety and quality standards - Preferred Industry - Ecommerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, BFSI Job Details: This role would broadly be responsible for following: - Ensure high quality pipeline by building selection and grading metrics for partner preonroading - Monitoring CPTB reduction and improving quality by Retraining - Initiate metrics and processes to record Partner experience, identifying gaps and opportunities to further enhance the experience - Conduct periodic audits of the internal processes at the city level, identify gaps, to track compliance and performance and work with Process Excellence team to refine processes - Design and implement a quality audit framework, to identify process gaps and refine the existing processes - Manage smooth transitions of process changes with effective communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders - Identify opportunities to drive out waste &amp; variation within current processes while delivering more value at a faster rate and execute on these opportunities
