Process Excellence/Program Management Role - FMCG/Retail (3-8 yrs)

We are looking for Program managers or people from product development team.

Industry : FMCG, Retail, Ecommerce, Consulting

Job Description- :

- Ensure all processes are documented as SOPs with relevant process maps

- Timely review and updation of SOPs and recommend changes/re-define processes in line with business goals

- Timely updation and upkeep of knowledge base and tools

- Proactively identify opportunities and provide alternatives/solutions for process improvement

- Use Value Stream Mapping to identify VA/NVA's and drive improvement

- Maintain & track performance and measures for projects and initiatives

- Ensuring process adherence & compliance through defined audit framework

- Loop-in feedback from Sellers / SE - SO Operations team to respective stakeholders in an effort to build long-term, scalable processes

- Work closely with SE/SO Ops & other cross functional teams to deliver on business goals.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Post graduation is mandatory. (Preferably tier 1 and tier 2 MBA institutes)

- Strong project management experience with in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping

- Six Sigma GB or BB Certified

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the standard work day

- Understanding and work under pressure in a high-volume processing environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality

- Ability to handle ambiguity and stakeholder management
