Job Description

Enable culture of continuous improvement mindset and execute initiatives/projects that improve business performance. Responsibilities include working with a LOBs in a specific Business area within Operations to implement programs and convert identified opportunities to deliver business benefit; including partnering with LOB managers/partners

10-13 Years of overall work experience including 2-3 Years of Experience in Operational/Delivery/Process Excellence function/role preferably in shared services/global business services. Any experience/role in Business Process Transformation or Consulting (Banking/Finance domain) is also welcome

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science / Engineering / Commerce / Finance related fields.

Certifications in Banking would be an advantage

ISO/Agile/ CMMi certifications are welcome. Any work experience in RPA/Design Thinking/ BPM interventions would be preferred

Responsibilities

1.Execute continuous improvement initiatives/projects that improve business performance

2.Partner with LOBs to identify opportunities for improvement

3.Convert identified opportunities to deliver business benefit; lead/mentor projects and project teams as per the methodology

4.Conduct analysis of data including base lining and share relevant output with LOB to enable better decisions

5.Identify opportunities to reengineer/transform processes, prepare business case, process analysis, process re-design, propose solutions, benefit analysis and change management

6.Lead Training Programs on Basics of Six Sigma, Yellow Belt and Green Belt. Assist in design of curriculum/content and be flexible to accommodate and execute on any other trainings on Quality tools as per the LOB needs

7.Lead review meetings/forums with LOB Managers/Partners and facilitate discussions on process improvements and opportunity identification/analysis

8. Assist/lead on benchmarking of processes and feed inputs to LOBs

9.Mentor project leads and project teams on improvement methodology/ quality tools, participate in tollgates and strive to complete projects as per timelines
