Hyderabad Business Services is a major GBS Hub.
The objective of the role is to support the KM lead in some of the important Knowledge Management and Service Delivery Compliance activities of the Hyderabad Business Services.
Job Summary
Support the KM leader in the following activities:
- Managing an estimated 3000+ Process Maps, Standard operating procedures, Desktop Procedures, and various related documents like required system access roles, internal (Sox) control narratives etc.
- Identify and resolve knowledge management gaps of service delivery employees. Run process tests, process certifications and training needs identification
- Coordination of compliance related activities like Management Walkthroughs, GBS Internal Certification
- Coordination of all general GBS audits
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
- GBS experience in large scale global organizations is essential.
- Experience in running similar GBS Knowledge Management and Service Delivery Compliance Functions is required
- 10-12 years of solid experience out of which at least 5 years with large GBS set ups
- Must have good communication skills, initiative and proven ability to drive process compliance
- Must have experience in making and governing SOPs, PKTs etc.
