Job Title: Process excellence Lead (Individual contributor role)

Position Responsibilities:

- Acts as resource for process owners to develop process improvement programs based on their business strategy

- With limited guidance, defines, designs and implements process improvement initiatives through cross-functional teams

- Assigned to moderately complex problems and/or a piece of an enterprise-wise initiative to drive improvement

- Conducts research to inform and guide solutions

- Employs a client-focused approach to drive adoption and utilization of business process re-engineering solutions

- Conducts analyses on business segments, competitive landscape and industry environment to determine process recommendations and impact analysis

- Documents business processes to analyze and prioritize business requirements using Six Sigma expertise

- Develops metrics to inform process measurement and root cause assessment based on assessment of best practice techniques for projects

- Develops business process change recommendations

- Facilitates and coaches project team to ensure optimal program adoption

- Employs project management and change management strategies

- Liaises with industry and professional groups and networks with clients and prospects

- Contributes to the function's intellectual capital around business process improvement and consulting approach

- No direct reports

Job Requirements and Mandatory Skills:

- Relevant work experience of not less than 7 - 9 years

- Post graduate qualification in engineering / finance / information technology discipline desirable

- Experience in fintech products and/or the finance / payments industry preferred

- Strong understanding of process / operational excellence tools like VSM / DMAIC / TQM or any

- Highly motivated self-starter and strong planning and organizing skills

- Works well in a team and maintains good relations with team members

- Strong analytical skills to advise and support decision making process through strategic insights.

- knowledge in Excel, any ERP tool preferred

- Good articulation and communication skills

- Strong process/project management skills preferred

- Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification preferred
