Process & Analytics (Segments)
- Strategy formulation and implementation of processes for segments
- Defining Customer journey and continuous improvement for same.
- Conceptualizing campaigns and implementation for desired results
- Strong in conceptualizing ideas and converting into functional and Non-Functional BRD and UD documents
- Identify process design/redesign, RCA of an issue and present to the Senior Management and get buy in from all stakeholders for implementation
- Management of Core banking system/Digital Channel for segments ; development and day to day work
- In previous roles, must have led projects basis project management phases with multiple stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
- Work closely with Operations, Business Solution Group, Marketing teams for seamless implementation and delivery
- Management of MIS / analytics team for segments and third-party products
