Process & Analytics Lead - Data Analytics - Pricing/Benchmarking

Role Purpose

The Process Lead- Pricing will be responsible to perform high level Pricing and Analytical Modelling. The role will involve the identification of data requirements, the gathering of the data from different sources and the development of the corresponding analytical model to meet the needs of the ServCo organisation.

The modelling scenarios will include simulation, what if, benchmarking, and hoc Pricing/Billing analysis. The role will require to form a detailed understanding of the multiple complex data sources across the ServCo organisation and prepare (mainly) macro based Excel spreadsheets to consolidate information and produce corresponding output and analysis.

The Process and Analytics Lead (Pricing/Benchmarking) will be required to support ServCo Global Head of Pricing and Modelling.

- Excellent understanding of VB, Macro based Excel analysis, reporting and preparation skills are essential. In addition, the candidate should have experience managing and demanding stakeholder across the organisation and managing external expectations

- Identify Data requirements, understanding the corresponding sources

- Analyse requirements and provide relevant solutions (mainly in Excel)

- Perform data mining, extracting the essential data factors from different sources

- Automated extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources into large spreadsheets

- Design, develop, and test macro based Excel models

- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents

- Support ServCo Global Head of Pricing and Modelling

- Meet the agreed timelines

- Develop consistent and best in class analysis, reports and tools under the guidance of Global Head of Pricing and Modelling.

- Support varying complex data analysis and interpretation challenges using (mainly) excel based analysis.

- Ensuring seamless working relationship with ServCo functions and global business lines at a time a significant change

- The role will operate in a highly functional or matrix organization. The role will report to the ServCo Global
