Process Analyst - Supplier Experience - Accounts Payable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Analyst - Supplier Experience (Accounts Payable) to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices received from vendors.

This role will focus on end-to-end Purchase to Pay (PTP) activities, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to processes, and supporting payment accuracy and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality checks on invoices, including online payment (OLP) requests and down payments (DP), ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Ensure there are zero quality issues on parked and blocked invoices through effective quality control measures.

- Track and manage key vendor invoices to prevent payment delays.

- Ensure that critical vendor invoices are processed on time to meet Payment to Terms (PTT).

- Follow up with vendors to obtain replacement invoices that meet quality criteria, ensuring they are posted promptly to avoid KPI impacts.

- Oversee the PTP shared mailbox to ensure efficient communication and timely processing of invoices.

- Ensure all relevant PTP controls are adhered to in the invoice processing and payment procedures.

- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in the supplier experience and Accounts Payable process.

Required Qualifications:

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate

- 2+ years of experience in a computerized accounting department within a large, reputable commercial organization.

- Familiarity with invoice processing in Newgen and SAP.

- Experience using Purchase to Pay (SAP application) for invoice processing.

- Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable process.

- Experience in vendor reconciliation and invoice processing.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles.

- Ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and collaborate with team members.

- Excellent communication skills to create strong relationships and network effectively with relevant stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of PTP controls and experience managing vendor-related payment processes.

- Proactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous process improvement
