Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing/configuration of Plan setup and Plan maintenance x tracs
- Respond timely to operational requests submitted by Relationship managers/ SIG Implementation managers
- Perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Meet and exceed all internal targets arrived based on the service level agreement
- Manage all aspects of the Project Life Cycle deliverables.
- Communicate project milestone feedback to all the concerned levels of the organization.

- Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in product and processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong process improvement focus.
- Working knowledge of systems equivalent to WPDT, XTRAC, FPRS etc. and exposure to Defined Contribution will be a plus
Profile of the candidate:
- Should be a Graduate B.Sc or B.Com
- An experience of 2.00 – 3.00 yrs in non voice BPO operations.
- A prior experience of working on financial US Retirement Plans
- Preferable- should have worked on (U.S Retirement Pension Plans, 401k/pension, or worked on IRAIRS Rules or any Pension solutions process) - Should have 1 year of minimum experience in this field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Willing to work in shifts (Night shifts)
- MBA/BE/BTech, other management and other technical background to be avoided
