Proceed Technologies - Key Account Manager (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- To own portfolio of clients in the e-commerce space (growth responsibility, client relationship co-owner etc.)
- Fulfilling the objectives and gaining a hands on experience of internal stakeholder management
- Ensuring the client progress is in line with the monthly/quarterly targets
- Real time competitor mapping and identifying opportunities for business growth for the clients in their respective categories
- Management and enhancement of the client's website in line with the monthly plan
Key Skills required:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical bent and knowledge of analytics and reporting tools preferred
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and Facebook Marketing preferred
Experience: 1 year onwards with relevant work experience in the field of Account Management or Category Management at any eminent eCommerce marketplace like Amazon, Shopclues, Flipkart, Myntra etc
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. / BMS / BCA / BCS
- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
