Pro-Vigil - Senior Manager - Site Enablement - IT Function

The Opportunity : Lead Pro-Vigils Multinational IT Function

Own all internal (employee-facing) IT operations of Pro-Vigil including system administration, IT helpdesk, information security and integrity, network management for multiple office locations in US and India, computer and other equipment provisioning for employees, software installation and maintenance for internal use.

You Are Great At :

- Ensuring effective functioning of IT services for a medium sized (approx. 1000 employees) organization with 24x7 operations and multiple locations

- Providing excellent customer service and meeting SLAs

- Ensuring integrity and availability of internal networks and computer equipment

- Establishing and maintaining measures and procedures to ensure data security and integrity such as cybersecurity tools and data backup mechanisms

- Leading a team spread across multiple locations

What It Takes :

- At least 8 years of relevant industry experience

- B. Tech/B.E in electrical, electronics, communication or computer science disciplines, MCA, or equivalent

- CCNP/CCSP, or equivalent certifications in network administration and security will be a strong plus

- At least 1 year experience supporting network/IT administration for offshore (particularly US) offices

- Experience with Google Workspace administration a strong plus

- Ability to organize and delegate IT work, and track SLAs towards providing excellent customer service

- At least 3 years experience leading IT system administration and/or NOC teams of 5 IT engineers or more

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal

- Ability to work effectively with remote teams

Work Hours : 9 hours Graveyard shifts, 5 day week with rotational week-offs.

Probable work hours : 6 pm 3 am
