Private Wealth Relationship Manager - Investment (9-30 yrs)

Hiring for Investment professional for Private Wealth Relationship manager for Senior Manager/AVP/VP Level


Primarily tasked with client acquisition and relationship management in the private wealth space, this role entails being the front end. It requires the candidate to create long-term value from clients, markets, and relationships.

Responsibility:

- Devising and implementing sales strategies in private wealth segments (UHNI and HNI segments)

- Client acquisition in the UHNI and HNI segments

- Monitor and address UHNI and HNI clients investment requirements

- Identifying client in relevant segments

- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects and clients

- Leverage marketing and other tools to augment sales and relationship

- Client relationship (in addition to what is mentioned)

- Ensure client retention and increase in wallet share

- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client reach short term and long-term investment goals

- Focus on business development across assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness

- Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and showcase investment products as per the client risk profile

- Resolution of queries for all managed clients within TAT specified

- Engage with various client segments to solutionise and offer Mercer global investment offerings in the areas of operations risk, international asset allocation.

Knowledge and skills:

- Ability to manage relationships to improve relationship value of new & existing Clients

- Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills

- Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure

- Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements

Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training):

- NISM and other certifications relevant to an RIA and distribution business
