Private Wealth Manager - Leading Private Wealth Firm Job Description : - We are open for RMs at various experience levels, internal designation will vary between Senior Manager to Vice President, depending on experience, CTC parity and other factors. - The role holder will be responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Also need to ensure growth of AUM or book size. Ideal Educational Criteria, Experience and CTC for Wealth RMs : 1. MBA / CFA is preferred but not mandatory 2. MBA from tier 1 / reputed colleges 3. Should be ideally in an age group of 32 38 years of age 4. Should be between 15 25 lacs current CTC 5. Keen to hire candidates above 30 lacs also. Obviously it has to be substantiated with experience / AUM / client base 6. Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in wealth platforms as a RM 7. First attempt pass of all major exams (10th/12th/Graduation) Previous Experience what we should look for in candidates? 1. Should be managing at least 70 Crs of AUM 2. Not many frequent changes, stability in job 3. At least 2.5 5 years in the same firm in the same city 4. Concrete reason for changing job (if its before 2.5 years) 5. Non Wealth experience as compared to total experience should be as low as possible 6. Don't send CV with outside India experience 7.
