Private Equity/Venture Capital/Investment Research Role

Role : Private Equity/Venture Capital Investment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Private Equity/Venture Capital Investment Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment research and 5-15 years of experience in evaluating, executing, and managing private equity or venture capital investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Sourcing & Deal Execution: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct industry research, build relationships with ecosystem partners, and lead due diligence processes.

- Financial Analysis & Research: Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return projections, and develop research reports on key industries and market opportunities.

- Portfolio Management & Value Creation: Support portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, track financial and operational performance, and engage with founders and management teams to drive value creation.

- Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Engage with investors, limited partners, and other stakeholders to provide updates on fund performance, prepare investor presentations, and support fundraising efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 5-15 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Finance.

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence.

- Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and investment strategies.

- Proven experience in sourcing and executing investment deals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- MBA, CFA, or CA preferred(Not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in specific sectors such as technology, healthcare, fintech, or consumer markets.
