Private Equity Role - Real Estate Domain - Financing & Underwrting (2-8 yrs)
Private Equity - Real Estate (Gurgaon) for a very large and renowned MNC - KPO which offers excellent learning and growth opportunities in a highly global work environment. CA/ MBA with 2 - 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (Financing & Underwriting) for international markets.
Key responsibilities in the role are:
- Sector knowledge of real estate (particularly in financing and underwriting) in an analytical capacity.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with strong leadership, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
- Should possess strong technical knowledge on lease reviews, property and loan tapes, real estate financing and underwriting support, Funding Draw Requests (DRF) process, asset management, portfolio monitoring etc.
- Strong written and communication skills with experience in client relationship management
- Experience on key databases (RCA, CoStar, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Argus, etc.)
