Private Equity Analyst - Private Equity Fund (2-4 yrs)
A leading South East Asia focused PE fund is looking for a Analyst role with the investment team.
Supporting the investment team
- Research on sectors and companies
- Preparation of deal documents for investment committee
- Building financial models
- Assist in managing portfolio companies
- Monitor performance and preparing monthly / quarterly reports
- Conduct valuation exercise
- Support in portfolio value add initiatives
Experience & Skills
- 2-4 years work experience at Investment Banking / Corporate Banking / Consulting
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint skills
Qualification
- University degree
