Job Objective

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create warm and welcoming atmosphere for all walk in customers

Job Role

- Domain knowledge - Specialists on specific products and services offered by the bank and it's group companies.

- Provide appropriate details of the products or services to the customers as required by the customers

- Showcase products that the group has relationships with, if desired by the customer.

- Provides location of all product literature and brochures on the Group Website or Relationship, if the customer desires to download them.

- Be willing to take on jobs to balance the team work load

- Deal with all customers in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email

- Carry the Kotak brand through developed functional and behavioral skills

- Ensure that all regulations required as per Central Bank of UAE and the other statutory/regulatory requirements of the Bank to be taken care.
