The SEO Analyst will be responsible for: - Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for the websites. - Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings. - Run controlled SEO experiments and prove the value of our ideas and help scale them up - Responsible for the creation of information architecture of the website and SEO future proofing. - Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues - Carry out performance investigations - Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion - Experience with Enterprise SEO - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Report on the overall SEO health of our web properties and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way - Researching keywords using tools. - Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation Issues on the website. - Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest - Work on decoding Search engine Algorithm through small/controlled/measurable experiments. - Coordinate between Tech. / Dev. team, UI - Website Design, Content, Product and QA teams and make sure to have handshake between these departments - Lead a team and mentor them in the ways of organic search tactics & advice on best SEO practices - Managing SEM budgets and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities. - Achieve the targeted ROI for all Adspends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. - Process implementation, including defining and tracking programs. Skills and Experience: - Analyze, improve and communicate on the day to day business performance - Creating a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth - Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets - Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment. - Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses of marketing programs - Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams. - Strong Experience of Organic SEO in Leadership Capacity . - Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms & ranking strategies. - SEO software and tools - Web analytics - Design/Development (should understand ui/ux from a user point of view; use simple coding with standards (flexible and scalable). - Online promotion(various other mediums(web directories etc), should be known to link building activities) - On page/off page optimization
