A team of 450+ today with folks from pedigree backgrounds, we are looking to bring on board teammates for some key leadership roles.

Responsibilities -

1. Manage the inside sales representatives team

2. Set and track sales targets for your team

3. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

4. Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

5. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

7. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

8. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to increase sales

People Management :

- Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 20-30 people

- Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of core Sales experience

- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making

- Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
