Roles and Responsibilities : - Visit critical cases for resolution and collection. - Strategize to deliver the budgeted numbers for the region and location Lead the team from front by visiting critical and high-value patient to recovery outstanding - To strategize and implement plans to achieve the GOAL for the region/state - To ensure the Team adheres to policy and regulatory framework. - To liaison with external vendors including Legal for driving productivity and efficiency. - To provide timely feedback/updates for concerns that can have an impact on the organization financially or regulatory. Requirements: - Should have experience of managing Unsecured and secured business - Thorough knowledge of legal is must - Should be open for extensive traveling. - Should be able to liaison with Advocates and Police stations across markets for the execution of Warrants and Execution Petition enabling speedy recovery of dues. - 4-5 years of experience in banking, NBFC on recovery. - Pristyn Care is a Series-B Sequoia funded Healthcare Startup.
