Responsibilities :

- You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution for our Pharma E-commerce/Surgery business.

- Design, build and maintain our social media paid and google adwords campaign

- Should be hands-on skilled in Google ads, Facebook ads for lead generation

- Stronghold and manage a large budgets in different social channels and google adwords minimum budget of Rs. 30-40LPA P/M.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Manage and get insight about data trends, marketing analytics

- Hands-on experience on Google analytics

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid marketing (e-commerce)

- Multitasking & problem-solving approach

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Graduate from tier-1 Institute- NIT's, IIT's, NSIT, DCE or MBA from premium institutes.
