Key Responsibility Areas : - This role would be part of our business growth team and requires experience in core operations, business analysis, forecasting and PNL - Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion and working with cross-function teams and external partners - In-depth knowledge of various medical platforms that can be leveraged to grow Pristyn Care's business is preferred - Deep understanding of various levers/channels that contributes to increased business in pharma/health-care space - Understand the complex operation - like sales funnel, marketing analytic, growth trajectory, business operations - Deep understanding and hands on experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units - Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytic, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises, and cloud-based data sources - Influencing stakeholders to support business projects - Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, category, city operations, insurance, marketing, and product teams - Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes that directly impact business growth - Testing business processes and recommending improvements - Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments Required candidate profile : - 3+ business analysis or business growth experience - Proven team leader; well versed in managing growth marketing teams - Ability to work in a start-up and agile environment
