Role: Sr.Manager / Manager - Business Finance Experience - 3 -7 Years Location: Sector 59, Gurgaon Note: 6 Days Working and from office We are looking for business finance people who will be responsible for Business-driven cost and Revenue, Cost Optimization, and Revenue Control. Job Responsibilities: 1. Developing a clear understanding of key business drivers for each line of business, analysing key financial metrics, and providing decision-making support to Business & Finance teams. 2. Build daily and weekly parameters of business and costs matrix, analyse and bring out key action points to bring efficiency 3. Supporting Finance & Business Management in the simulation of revenue and cost projections and corresponding business cost including working out margin protection/improvement plans. 4. Partnering with Finance & Business teams to execute improvement points to bring efficiency and control over process and cost parameters. Track and highlight appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators, and associated drivers. 6. Providing framework for financial & compliance controls across business units. 7. Preparing operational P&L, MIS, and analyzing the same for Business reviews/ presentations. 8. Handling complex ad-hoc requests including transaction support requests with a short turnaround time and supplementing such requests with appropriate analysis and comments. 9. Tracking of Inter department performances against set targets and providing periodic updates to business. Candidates Attributes: 1. CA or MBA degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent. 2. 4-6 years of experience with prior experience in Business Finance roles ; Tech / e-commerce setup an added advantage. 3. Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building & problem-solving. 4. Excellent written & oral communication skills. 5. Experience of working with Business & operations team. Budgeting, modelling, and forecasting experience including the ability to work effectively on MS excel under time pressure a must.
