In 5 years, we aim to be the largest distributed (full stack) surgery platform in India. Responsibilities : - Responsible for P&amp;L driven decisions of the assigned business/domains - Understand the business in depth, and how customers engage in the same - Work with tech, product teams for relevant products/features - Work with marketing team to chalk out the monthly plans - Responsible for growth of the the assigned business Pan India - Ex Entrepreneurs a huge plus People Management : - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 4-6 people - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels - Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
