Pristyn Care is a Series-A Sequoia funded Healthcare Startup. In the last 6-8 months, we have built a revenue positive business ground up. Founded by a team of Ex-Max & Medanta Doctors & Ex-UrbanClap, Mobikwik folks, we are disrupting the surgical ecosystem. In 5 years, we aim to be the largest distributed (full stack) surgery platform in India. A team of 60-70 today with folks from pedigree backgrounds, we are looking to bring on board teammates for some key leadership roles. Immediate joiners a plus. About the Role: Responsibilities: - Develop the team to run Mkt for all things Digital - Strategize and run 360 Degree Performance Marketing - Oversee and analyse current SEO initiatives while identifying and implementing new ones - Optimize website/Apps including all subdomains and subdirectories for organic listings including image, social, local/maps and video optimisation. - Make sure all content is engaging to users, of the highest quality, keyword smart to limit competing pages, etc. Qualifications: - Ability to lead a team - 5-7 yrs marketing experience - Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics is a must - Understanding of Google adwords and web analytics. - SEO knowledge of various platforms including mobile and tablet in addition to desktop. - Experience with software and digital marketing tools and techniques - Should be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment - Must be comfortable with and ready to hustle - Startup experience a plus
