Post-Op Care Management 7. In Hospital Insurance 8. In Hospital Care 9. Medical Tourism People Management : - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels - Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities. Qualifications: - 4 - 6 years of core operations management/sales experience for post graduates - 6 - 8 years of core BD/operations experience for graduates - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making - Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
