Set and track Revenue targets for your category 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Revenue forecasts 3. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features 4. Liaise with Marketing, operation and tech teams to increase revenue 5. Drive P&L decisions of the assigned category 6. Lead Category expansion across different cities People Management : - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 10-15 people - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels Qualifications : - 3-5 years of core BD experience - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making - Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
