We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate/Sr. Associate to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Talent Acquisition Associate responsibilities include sourcing candidates online and updating job ads. The ideal candidate should have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Key Responsibilities : - Primarily sourcing the candidates through various sources. - Independently organizing and managing College Placement Drives. - Submitting the candidates for suitable positions and following up. - Updating and maintaining the database, generating daily reports and updating them. - Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the links of Naukri India, iimjobs, Internshala, - Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment. - Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. - Screening the profiles, as per the client's requirement. - Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and follow-up. - Update the interview feedback to candidates and respond to their query. - Follow up of the offered candidates - pre and post offer. - Emailing the colleges and candidates about the interview process, job openings, follow up mails, boot camps. Key Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Experience with sourcing techniques - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Sound judgement
