Roles &amp; Responsibility : - Take complete ownership of the entire product including strategic planning, defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products. - Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business management, and Engineering to effectively manage the trade-offs and prioritize the requirements - Define clear Road maps, create product requirement (PRDs), wireframes and milestones with the Engineering team for rapid development - Measure and analyze key Product &amp; Business metric and identify potential areas of improvement, consisting of both UX &amp; New features for consumer side - Work with different team to understand issues being faced by patients and doctors and solve these issues - Optimize certain key funnel metric for better conversion Desired competencies : - Should have worked on the transaction products i.e. eCommerce - Should have experience in building scalable B2C products (both web/mobile) - Strong strategy, analytical, communication skills - Must possess good understanding of Agile methodologies and A/B testing. - Understanding of GA, Excel, JIRA or similar tools Behavioral Aspects : - Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style. - Entrepreneurial - Business savvy, visionary, inspirational, Willing to take calculated risks - Learner - flexible, open to ideas and change, grows with growth - Fundamentally sound - Technically and functionally competent, is intelligent and has an analytical mindset - Winner with energy &amp; drive - Athletic, competitive and result oriented, a doer, an achiever. - Managerial Courage - direct, fair and forthright, is respected - Team builder - Team player, a talent identifier and team developer About Pristyn Care :&nbsp; Pristyn Care is Series A Sequoia funded Health Care Startup that is disrupting Day Care Procedures.
