Responsibilities : Own the P&L of City 1. Develop the City Level Operations 2. Hospital Tie ups 3. Lab & diagnostic network 4. OPD or Pristyn Clinics 5. Revenue Management 6. Post-Op Care Management 7. In Hospital Insurance 8. In Hospital Care People Management : - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 8-10 people - Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels - Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities. Qualifications : - 4 - 6 years of core BD/operations experience - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making - Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
