The role will lead three key portfolios in HR- C&B, HR compliance and HR shared services. Job Description : - As a Compensation Consultant you will be responsible for providing solutions to complex compensation design and implementation for Prione and Cloudtail. You will work directly with CEO/CFO and HR Business Partners to achieve reward system objectives and assist, as needed, in new compensation plan design consultation. The successful candidate will proactively partner with client-facing HR Business Partners and Business Line Management to identify and address compensation issues, and evangelize Organization's Total Compensation Philosophy and Strategy to the clients supported. - As a HR compliance leader you will take ownership of the compliance as per various state and central statutes. In this role you will manage a compliance specialist and the key efforts will be in labour law compliance related activities, which includes statutory compliances as well as internal due diligence, audits and process checks. To be successful in this role, you will need to engage with business leadership, legal team and board members and ensure compliance as per standard as well as the changes in the state and central laws. - As Shared services leader you will drive process improvement and ensure best experience for employees in their entire lifecycle. You will lead a team of functional manager, leads and specialists. To be successful in this role, you will need to customize best in class practices for the organization to drive enhanced employee experience and operational efficiency in terms of cost and efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Perform in-depth analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives. - Effectively partner with HR and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues - Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, and bonus. - Administration, maintenance, and operationalization of specific compensation processes. - Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience - Design/Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures - Design and administration of benefits and wellness programs pan India. Process and policy owner for key HR policies e.g. Leaves, Parental policy, Relocation benefits, Overtime etc. - Leverage multiple compliance consultants to ensure 100% compliance and timely response to inspections and notices by statutory authorities (Labour, PF and ESI) - Proactively keep track of labour law landscape in various Indian states and ensure compliance. Analyze business initiatives and present employment models compliant as per law of the land. - Gain alignment with different areas and represents a common point of view across multiple stakeholders. - HRMS systems - create business cases and manage enhancements. Present high quality data findings to enhance employee experience and/or process efficiency/quality. - Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency. Understand and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures - Lead and develop team members; responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team and manage the team and ensure high service delivery and execution Basic Qualifications : - Master's Degree in Human Resources Management - 8+ years of experience in HR role - 4-6 years of experience in C&B - Experience of managing HR professionals - Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions - Effective collaboration with a global HR team - Strong Project/Program Management Skills - Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills - Ability to work well across different functions and locations - Ability to translate data into actionable decisions. Preferred Skills/Qualifications : - Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field from a premium B-school - Experience in shared services or HR operations - Exceptional analytical ability and capability to build business cases based on data - Experience and passion around innovation and technology - Prior experience in a startup or new build organization - Ability to build scalable systems and processes with a long-term view - Experience in document writing - Organized and pragmatic
