- Prione is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and professional Business Development leader to lead Traditional Rebate Partnerships as part of the Amazon Associates program. Amazon Associates is an affiliate marketing program that allows website owners, apps, bloggers, and influencers to create links and earn referral fees when customers click through and buy products from Amazon. - In this role, you will work in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment, use effective C-level communication skills to manage relationships, develop and execute win-win business plans that help our partners and while delivering great value and customer experience to Amazon consumers. You'll enlist the support of your peers - category, marketing, and product teams ensure that strategies scale, and make smart trade-offs (e.g., short- vs. long-term account needs). You'll identify gaps between teams, processes, and plans, and demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate. The ideal candidate will have experience developing B2B relationships, preferably in digital marketing, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets.
