Role: Head-Customer Experience Responsibilities : - To be responsible for end-to-end customer experience processes and strive towards creating a WOW customer experience. - Build and manage a team of customer experience specialists with deep domain expertise in customer experience journeys. - Create and implement an analytics strategy for best-in-class service delivery. - Develops and implements quality assurance programs to ensure a high-class customer experience. - Encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer-orientation amongst the team. - The gravitas to operate at a senior level, interface with senior stakeholders and work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple functions. - Proven track record of driving, defining & implementing business aligned customer service strategies. - Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.
