Key Responsibilities :

- Provide primary IT subject matter expertise to Business Audit PAMs supporting Global Markets audits. Provide risk-focused and relevant input to audit tollgate meetings. Drive the risk-based dynamic planning and support delivery of the global audit plan.

- Coordinate the cross technology team to balance the different requirements amongst the requesting teams.

- Maintain relationships with other Technology PAMs globally to support efficient and comprehensive coverage of key risks. Drive forward the overall coverage and Application general controls methodology.

- Identify and escalate audit findings fostering a constructive tone in audit reports. Review relevant audit findings, drafts audit reports and communicate results to senior client management. Responsible for tracking of open audit findings and validation of finding closure.

- Monitoring of risk profiles, regulatory requirements and industry developments, updating the audit plan and resource allocation as required.

- Managing the audit plan and available resources to deliver audits in time and in budget.

- Ensure the audit team is resourced with appropriately skilled personnel and systematically developed further. Counsel staff and support the staff appraisal process.

- Establish relevant and measurable objectives for the team and assess achievement of those objectives.

- Supervise audit personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling such that staff are properly utilized with clear responsibility for execution of audit projects and provide guidance on quality standards.

- Maintain excellent, responsive working relationships with local management, regulators and external auditors.
