Principal/Senior Principal/Consultant/Senior Consultant/Practice Lead - Hedge Funds - CA (10-15 yrs)
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with not more than at least 10 years of experience.
2. Must have experience in leading teams in accounting / financial reporting functional areas in the alternative investments sector (preferably worked in compiling books of account for private equity firms / hedge funds / financial services firms)
3. Must have sound understanding of fund structures, partnership entities and fund accounting
4. Must be capable of understanding a complex holding-subsidiary company / partnership structure and possess thorough accounting knowledge to treat and disclose investment accounting transactions
5. Conversant with IFRS and UK GAAP. Ability to pick up specific areas in IFRS and UK GAAP, as required
