The client is HQ in Mumbai and in the Fintech space.
The incumbent will be performing end-to-end full lifecycle technical recruitment.
Key Responsibility :
- The incumbent will be responsible to partner with business teams to build hiring strategies managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investments.
- To work within pre-defined recruitment process while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodology to follow
- To provide new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
- To meet weekly/quarterly/yearly recruitment goals
- To create JDs after discussion with the requisition creating a team and posting them on various sources.
